Upper St. Clair parents sue over canceled program A group of 10 Upper St. Clair families filed suit in federal court this morning claiming five members of the school board improperly voted to terminate the International Baccalaureate program in February. But, then again, Schenley was slated to be moved out of Oakland. That plan has been put "on hold" for now. We don't know for sure what is to come of the school's location nor the programs in the long run.
So, they had better stick around and fight for the USC I.B. program after all.
