Downtown Grocery by 2007

European market? Would this fly in Pittsburgh?
Downtown grocery to open by 2007 Millcraft Industries Inc. announced yesterday that it plans to open a European-style gourmet market on Wood Street by the end of the year as part of its $40 million plus redevelopment of the former Lazarus-Macy's department store.

John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management showed that nearly 95 percent of the survey's participants ranked a grocery store as the most important service in an ideal residential neighborhood -- far higher than any other amenity.
