But the Councilperson-to-be is Robert Daniel Lavelle, the grandson of Robert R. Lavelle and either the son or nephew of Robert M. Lavelle, the fired bank president. <br /><br />Nevertheless, it's probably notable that Councilperson-elect Lavelle was not mentioned in the article.
