I thought I made a compelling argument for non-interventionism, using Somalia as a blueprint for why Darfur would be a terrible situation for us to enter, both for ourselves and the people on the ground.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7481330.post-46043516899580312622007-09-13T18:02:00.000-04:002007-09-13T18:02:00.000-04:00John K. says: No really. They see an ammendment and have no idea of the impact of that statement. They should at least be able to support their arguments if they are going to wrap themselves in the Constitution.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7481330.post-866466283269965052007-09-13T13:54:00.000-04:002007-09-13T13:54:00.000-04:00John has been posting here on a regular basis and ...John has been posting here on a regular basis and is trying to be a squeeky wheel.

Nothing else.

He knows it all too, so that is a big help. Sadly, few others know squat.

Ron Paul's trouble isn't that his supporters don't know the constitution -- it is that too many do. And, today's government is so far away from where it should be -- that there are many ways to wrestle it back in the right direction. Getting agreement on how to wrangle is the hardest part.Mark Rauterkushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17157914569686528007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7481330.post-47901423046187313722007-09-13T11:58:00.000-04:002007-09-13T11:58:00.000-04:00Can you support that position? I mean, sure, every political candidate has supporters that do not fully understand his platform, but it sounds like you think that Ron Paul has a larger percentage of supporters that fit that category. So tell me ... what does the constitution mean, and how have we gotten it wrong? Inquiring minds want to know.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12394415060461643626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7481330.post-80421426301195829622007-09-13T11:08:00.000-04:002007-09-13T11:08:00.000-04:00John K says: I have noticed that Ron Paul supporte...John K says: I have noticed that Ron Paul supporters, while they like to point to the Constitution, cannot support their position. They do not have any understanding of what the Constitution means.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
