Wings are closed. It's capacity is not being utilized -- not in the slightest.<BR/><BR/>Same too with the wasted capacity of the convention center. With the lack of flights, the convention center can't be used as we can't get those people into town to fill it.<BR/><BR/>Same too with the tunnel under the river. <BR/><BR/>We are a small town. And, we have BIG DEBTS.
