INFORMATIONAL ZOOM MEETING ON OCTOBER 6 AT 6PM EST FOR OUR BRAND NEW WAY
OF CHAMPIONS MASTERMIND AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
As you know, Jerry and I decided to cancel our 2024 Way of Champions
Conference. Over the past 8 years this event has brought together over
1000 coaches from across 6 continents and dozens of countries, all
engaged in the most transformative journey to become better coaches and
better people. It has given us so much life, introduced us to people we
now call dear friends, exposed us to incredible presenters who have
taught us invaluable lessons, and so much more.
The ending of our large conference is going to enable Jerry and I to
create a program we have been wanting to do for years, but have not had
the time or bandwidth to run in conjunction with such a large,
multi-national event. Each month we get inquiries from coaches and
administrators inquiring about a Way of Champions Mastermind Group and
Certification Program, in which we would take a small group of folks on
a deep dive into our WOC and Changing the Game Project materials, and
give them the tools to go and present on our behalf. Some folks have
asked so they could change the culture of the school or athletic
department they are running. Others have inquired so they can approach
other clubs/teams/schools in their community to make a difference.
Whatever the reason, we have always said no, until now.
Over the next few months, Jerry and I will be developing a curriculum to
take a group of 20-25 coaches through a 6-12 month deep dive into our
material and certify them as Way of Champions and Changing the Game
Project presenters. It will consist of a live gathering where
participants will undergo days of training and personal development work
in an incredible setting. Think beautiful surroundings, great food, and
even better company as you immerse yourself in our outer and inner game
training. This live event will be followed by monthly mastermind
gatherings, guest presenters, member hot seats, and more, as you take a
deep dive into our material and begin presenting it to your community.
We have already been saving emails and touching base with folks who want
