Doors at 5:30pm
Meeting starts at 6:00pm
This month we will be holding elections for board members for Fineview and Perry Hilltop. Below are links to candidate information, and a printable ballot which can be mailed to us, postmarked by Sat, Nov. 24th. Only paid members are eligible to vote.

We will also be hosting a drug overdose prevention training about how to use Narcan/naxolone to save lives! In addition, public officials and the police will be available to give updates and answer questions.
Free food & childcare provided!
 Note: Mark your calendar for monthly community gatherings, which will take place the 4th Tuesday of the month at 5:30/6:00pm. Our next gathering will take place Tuesday, January 22nd at The Pittsburgh Project (2801 N Charles St. 15214). Staff Changes In September, Carla Arnold joined the Fineview and Perry Hilltop staff as an AmeriCorps VISTA. We are happy to have Carla with us! '
Carla decided to join FCC/PHCC as staff after coming to the community gatherings for over a year and and volunteering for 6 months. A lifelong Pittsburgher with one daughter, she worked at Central Blood Bank for 25 years. She loves to read as a hobby.

In December, our Community Engagement Coordinator, Zeba Ahmed, will be saying goodbye after 2 years with us. She will moving to northeast Japan in January to take a job promoting tourism and local businesses.
Here is a message from her:
"Perry Hilltop and Fineview are the first place where I've felt at home and part of a community since I was little. I've really enjoyed getting to meet and spend time with my neighbors. Thank you!"
As such, we will be hiring a new person to join us!

Holiday Party and Volunteer Appreciation Potluck Bring your family and a dish to share on Thurs, Dec. 13, 6:00pm, as we celebrate our accomplishments over the past year! We will be at the Community Resource Mall (former McNaugher School, 2610 Maple Ave. 15214). We will also have a gift exchange. If you would like to participate, bring a gift under $5, labeled appropriately.
