Over 700 events and programs in 40 states have made their mark on the National Summer Learning Day Events Calendar.

If you haven't already, now is the time to post your own! Posting your summer learning event or program to the National Summer Learning Association's (NSLA) website will help you raise awareness and reach families and media in your area.

Applications just opened for the First Annual Lands' End Love Learning Award! NSLA and Lands' End are looking for quality programs that bring learning to life in informal learning spaces and support families in meaningful ways. The winning program will receive a $10,000 award!

Support smarter summers, brighter futures for our nation's children by donating a tweet or Facebook post on July 12 at 12pm EST through Thunderclap.

LRNG's digital badges unlock real world opportunities that include academic credit, internships, and jobs.

Summer Slugger by EverFi and Major League Baseball is an 18-week baseball-themed program targeted towards 4th and 5th graders.

The Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge is a free, online reading program. This year's theme is "A Magical Summer of Reading."

MetaMetric's Find a Book program builds custom reading lists based on a child's reading level. MetaMetric's Summer Math Challenge sends parents daily emails with fun activities and links to educational resources.
