FISA Foundation, United Way of Southwestern PA and the Pittsburgh Steelers recognize that special role of coaches in the lives of high school athletes. Good coaches believe that building character is as important as learning plays.

We invite high school coaches to join us at Heinz Field on May 20 for a free Coaching Boys Into Men Training Summit. CBIM gives coaches the tools to talk to their athletes about building safe and healthy relationships and prevent dating violence.

Keynote speaker Don McPherson is an activist, educator and College Football Hall of Famer. A former professional football player and director of Northeastern University's Mentors in Violence Prevention Program, his talk will focus on empowering young men to prevent dating violence.

Also speaking will be Jerry Olsavsky, Steelers inside linebacker coach, Steelers representatives and CBIM advocates.

Bonus: Free lunch, tour and moving tackling dummy demo.
