why would prime real estate be wasted on drunks..expand the EMS/Fire Station. Where is Bruce Kraus on this one? Please write a letter - Luke - No Drunks at Zone 3 and Jeff don't close UPMC South Side.
Wonder what double talk will come out of Kraus's mouth about the drunk tank?
