This should not happen in an election season.

Why? Should neighborhood meetings stop during an election year?
No.
Neighborhood meetings should occur. Pep rallies for sitting office holders should NOT occur.
And, neighborhood meetings should not be hijacked by sitting office holders and exclude challengers in debate seasons. These neighborhood meetings need to be debates.
Mark, its easy to be a whore in this town...this is proof. Grant Street loves to pimp in times of need.
