Swimmer was a national champion.
The nearly lifesized photo is in the basement of the Carnegie Library of Homestead.
The swimmer represented the Carnegie Library of Homestead swim team. Yes, the library has a swim pool. And, I think it is the oldest operational indoor swim pool in North America.
The photo is a historic image and being treated like trash, sadly.
