Most of all, look to the future. When the forumla is
Pittsburgh = ALWAYS D not matter what.
Then what???
Or, Pittsburgh options = ZERO
Hence, corruption sustains itself.
And, Peer Review = less that trusted.
This has little to do with the Burgess campaign and a lot to do with one party rule, trust, peer review, and accountability.
