Poor Pooh. (Click image for larger view.) This story sounds like what's headed our way... Give-aways for Penguins, give-aways for PNC Plaza, give-away for technology park, give-away for sprawl in land out by the airport, give-away for older industrial sites, give-away of 150 parking spaces for the Pirates to use near PNC Park, give-away for more than 700 new seats to be constructed within Heinz Field, give-aways for parking and housing for rich people to live downtown.... Folks, like Pooh Bear, --- there is NOTHING LEFT TO GIVE AWAY.
