WHAT: A public meeting on for all school districts and communities in Western Pennsylvania to discuss property tax relief Vs reforms and school funding for education in Pennsylvania's schools

WHERE: Mars High School Cafeteria

WHEN: Thursday, November 3rd from 7 pm - 9 pm
