By quoting only the last paragraph of the article, you make it seem like the article is against the idea of red-light cameras. In reality, the author seems to make a pretty compelling case for installing them, and warns that they are going to end up here sooner or later, regardless of who is elected as the city's mayor.
I think he is against the red light cameras.
That's the conclusion he made.
I'll ask him.
I bet, if he was on council -- he'd vote "NO" to the new red light cameras.
