Summer Swim Team registration -- info for Scott

See the comments for more details. Scott has a nice swim team in the summers. They are in our league.

We were recently informed that this year’s registration dates for Swim Team, Summer Rec & Water Aerobics was changed (as you may have noted in the Scott Township booklet received last week):

Registration Dates (Community Room above pool)
SATURDAY JUNE 2ND 9:00 am - 12:00 N
MONDAY JUNE 4TH 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

2007 Registration Fees
$65 1st child
$60 2nd child
$55 3rd child

MAIL IN REGISTRATION will be accepted for RETURNING families only. Please complete the Info Verification Form, Swimmer Pledge and Parent Volunteer forms and mail with your payment to: Sharon Schmidt; 20 First St., Carnegie, PA 15106
We could use help with registration on either day, for as long as you can give. Please contact Sharon Schmidt (smajs1222@comcast.net) if you are available.

To save on printing costs, we ask that you mail or bring the attached form(s) to registration
1. Information Verification Form: RETURNING families only, complete and mail or bring to registration
2. Swimmer Pledge Form
3. Parent Volunteer Form
4. Swim Suit Order Form NOTE: We will have suits available 6/2 & 6/4 to try on (we will not receive the free gear bag since the promotion ends before we have registration)

Other Information:
1. Parent Information Letter - FYI our fundraiser will be distributed at the Team Meeting. (Sarris Pretzels - each family to sell 1 box)

Saturday, June 30th - Relay Carnival @ Scott
Monday, July 2nd - Away Meet @ South Fayette
Tuesday, July 10th - Away Meet @ Crafton
Saturday, July 14th - Home Meet vs. Green Tree
Saturday, July 21st - Home Meet vs. Mt. Lebo
Tuesday, July 24th - Championship Meet @ Crafton
Thursday, July 26th - All Star Meet @ S. Fayette

Saturday, July 28th - Scott Swim Team Picnic @ Scott Pool
