When and where are those polar bear swims?

When and where are those Pittsburgh polar bear swims? Last year I took the plunge on the Mon Wharf around 9:30 am -- It think.

Update: It happens at 9:30 am!

This year there is a bike ride getting some advance ink too. Nice.
