Pittsburgh Lesbian Correspondents :: Bruce Kraus: Excerpts from his testimony: "In the year 2008, would you dare to legislate to deny marriage or civil union based on race, creed, age or ethnicity?Look at the blog, there, for my reactions to his HYPE.
Bruce, get an editor. And, if you have one editor now, get 10 additional ones if they should be of the same quality.

Kraus was reported to have said or written:
"In the year 2008, would you dare to legislate to deny marriage or civil union based on race, creed, age or ethnicity?"
The answer to this is -- Mr. Kraus, go get an editor. YES, there are NORMs and LAWS that are legal and valid to deny marriage to those who are NOT old enough to enter into a life-long promise. We don't allow kids who are 12 to marry. Nor should we. And, as is the case in a ranch in Texas, the state gets upset and can strorm a place -- yanking kids from moms -- because of a fear of a wedding with teens. THAT is BASED upon AGE.
