It is clever, but not necessarily accurate and aimed more at creating fear with unrealistic scenarios. For a look at the upsides of zero provacy (better prices, more efficient markets and more), see http://www.reason.com/0406/fe.dm.database.shtml
Unrealistic -- sure. The price of the triple meat pizza would never go that high. The cattle, pork and poultry lobby groups are too darn strong to allow such an inflation.
And, also unrealistic is the fact that the pizza shop behavior. Once that pizza goes to the high price -- the operator would offer him a black market pizza.
